George Fotis is a certified business consultant at the Michigan Small Business Development Center, based at GVSU. George owned a successful family uniform business for over 20 years, with revenue growth from under $1 million to over $35 million at the time it was acquired. While revenue growth was his main focus, like most small business owners, he was involved in every aspect of the business, including sales and marketing, HR, operations, finance, e-commerce, retail and multi-channel marketing strategies. George now leverages his past experience in entrepreneurship to help other Michigan small businesses start and grow through his work at the Michigan SBDC.
